What we collect
When you send a project brief we collect the details you type into the form: name, work email, company, role, project parameters, links you attach, and your budget range. We also store standard technical metadata (timestamp, user agent) with the submission.
Why we collect it
One purpose: to scope and answer your inquiry. Brief data is read by the directing lead who would run your project. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.
Where it lives
Submissions are stored on our infrastructure and, where configured, relayed to the studio's email or CRM. We keep briefs for as long as needed to serve the engagement or until you ask us to delete them.
Cookies & analytics
The site runs without advertising trackers. If privacy-respecting analytics are enabled, they measure aggregate page performance, not individual identity.
Your rights
Ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the data you've sent — write to hello@archviz3d.com and we'll action it. If you are in the EU/EEA, UK, or a jurisdiction with similar data-protection law, these rights are statutory and we honour them.
