At the top of the market the render IS the product: a discreet client decides from the image alone. We light and compose luxury residences like architectural photography — long lenses, honest materials, no HDR theatrics.

Is the NDA really standard?+
Yes — private-client work starts under NDA before we see plans. Nothing enters the portfolio without written consent, and most of it never does.
How exact are materials at this level?+
We work from your actual samples — stone slabs, timber, fabrics — photographed and scanned where needed. Where a sample must make the final call, we say so.
Who do you contract with — owner, architect or builder?+
Any of the three; most often the architect or builder with the owner in review. We slot into the existing decision chain rather than adding a new one.
